We do not sell physical products or copyrighted assets. Our work involves personalization services only.

3. Theme-Based Designs (Disclaimer)

Some of our designs may feature characters or elements inspired by popular shows, cartoons, or superheroes (e.g., Cocomelon, Spiderman, Disney characters, etc.) solely at the customer’s request.
We do not own or claim any rights to these characters, logos, or assets.
All copyrights and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
These themed designs are intended strictly for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., private birthday parties).
Our role is to customize digital content for private events, and we do not profit from, distribute, or resell any branded content.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they understand and accept this condition.

4. Order & Delivery

You must provide accurate details when ordering.
Orders are processed once we receive full information and payment.
Final invitations are delivered in digital format (MP4, JPG, PDF) via email or WhatsApp.
Turnaround time is typically 24–72 hours after receiving all required inputs.

5. Revisions & Refunds

Most products include 1–2 free revisions. Extra changes may be billed.
Due to the custom and digital nature of our work, refunds are not possible once work has started.
Cancellations are allowed only before customization begins.

6. Ownership & Usage

All templates and final videos are for personal use only.
You may not redistribute, resell, or reuse our designs for commercial purposes.
We retain the right to showcase completed work (excluding personal contact info) for portfolio or promotional use unless the customer requests otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect customer input (names, dates, etc.).
Online Invitation Shop shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of our products.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated without prior notice.
Continued use of the website and services implies acceptance of any changes.
